Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description:

Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits
Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
Process all financial transactions
Maintains records invoices, debits, and credits
Provide support in completing administrative tasks
Record all payments done through entering the account in accounting software
Job Location: Chesapeake

Requirements:

Must have administrative experience
Must have experience as a bookkeeper using Quickbooks, Excel and Word
Must be able to pay bills, write out checks, check runs and monthly receivables for this position
