Goodwin William Staffing is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team/work with one of our clients in Charlottesville, VA. This direct hire position is a hybrid remote role.
Direct Hire / Competitive Salary & Benefits Package
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating financial records on QuickBooks
- Processing local vendor invoices and payments
- Managing communications with staff and vendors
- Overseeing payroll processes bi-weekly
- Assisting in the preparation of annual worker's comp audit reports
- Reconciling accounts monthly and providing details to the CPA
- Handling bank and credit card transactions and ensuring accuracy
- Regular communication with staff, vendors, CFO, and CPA firm
