Goodwin William Staffing is hiring a full-time, temp-to-hire Executive Assistant for a well-known hospitality destination in Rappahannock County. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef/owner of the establishment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive support role and a background in either Marketing or Public Relations.   The responsibilities of this position include coordinating travel logistics, drafting correspondence, answering phones, and fielding press inquiries. Applicants should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software.  A polished look and strong professional presence are required for success, as this position is an extremely high-profile role. The regular schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Candidates should be flexible and able to accommodate requests to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
