This position requires:
- Alertness for material and machine problems and act as required to resolve them
- Keeping work area and machine clean at all times and see that all work is done in a safe manner
- Preparing reports as may be required
- Demonstrating willingness to perform any other duties as may be deemed necessary from time to time
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm
- Operating the machine and produce finished product
- Correctly set-up of fabric without supervision
- Program the machine, interfacing with the operating screen and setting
- Exercise judgment to modifying heat to improve efficiency or other parts
- Speaks, reads and understands English
- Work independently
- Maintains high attention to detail
- Comfortable standing to perform duties for the complete shift
- Comfortable lifting and moving large pieces of fabric (40 lb.) onto the welding area
- Experience recommended; training on machinery provided
- Reliable transportation required, no bus route
Training will be provided to:
