Goodwin William Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team/work with one of our clients to fulfill Inventory Associate positions in the Charlottesville area. The right candidate(s) will have strong interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and positive attendance.
Primary Job Duties:
- Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
- Tag and label merchandise
- Label and stockpile merchandise
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Enforces inventory controls
- Provides quality service by following organization standards
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
- Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Typical Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
