Full-time Mailroom Assistant needed for a small, women’s owned business in Culpeper County. This position is responsible for receiving invoices, picking and packing orders, using computer software to select the correct shipping methods and to print shipping labels. Basic computer skills, including Excel spreadsheets, are necessary for the role.  A willingness to learn about the holistic health products being sold is also required. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a temporary to hire job that may result in a full-time offer for the right candidate.   • Mailroom experience is highly preferred
  • Comfortable handling tools such as utility knives, tape guns, and shrink wrap machines
  • Data entry, invoicing, and inventory skills; must be highly focused and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and to work on your feet all day
  • Professional communication skills and a team player mentality
  • Must be able to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work space
  • Should have common sense, a strong work ethic, and a keen sense of humor
  • Be able to consent to a pre-employment background screening and drug test
