Order Packer (1st Shift)

Goodwin William in Culpeper is hiring for 1st shift material handlers and order packers for a full-time, temp to hire job with a manufacturing plant in Gordonsville, VA.  Experience with order packing, quality control, and forklift operator positions is highly preferred.  The required schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background screening, drug test, and physical.  Please submit an updated resume for immediate consideration.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and consistently lift to 50 lbs.
• The ability to operator a forklift, manual and air banders, band saw, staple gun, staple machine, and nail guns is required
• A strong work ethic and a team player mentality
• Basic reading, math, and computer skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Steel toe boots
• Willingness to consent to a 5-year background screening, drug test, and pre-employment physical
