Description

Part-time bookkeeper needed for a non-profit organization located in the town of Culpeper.  This position is responsible for managing data, records, and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information.  Preparation of spreadsheets for data entry, including budgets and accounting information is required. Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.  Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills are required. The schedule for this role is two days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a long term temporary position. Please submit a resume for immediate consideration.

  • Highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong recordkeeping and data entry skills
  • A superior attention to detail
  • Responsible, reliable, and mature
  • Non-profit experience is a plus
  • Professional communication skills are a must
  • Related education or certifications are preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check
