Project Coordinator

Goodwin William is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join an independently owned company in Newport News. The qualified individual must be energetic, self motivated, and driven to help the company thrive. The candidate must have time management and organizational skills in order to multitask, prioritize to ensure projects are completed on time.

• The ideal candidate will manage various in house departments, vendors, customers, create schedules and prepare purchase orders for material
• Solving complex problems issues and maintain proficient communication
• Must have an understanding of building systems, design, construction, and management skills
• Manage construction documents, contracts, submittals, transmittals, sales, proposals, etc.

Salary will be dependent upon experience and capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
