Job Description:

  • Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing all new temps that fit within a variety of job assignments
  • Anticipate potential needs by actively recruiting a pool of potential temps through a variety of methods to include job fairs, advertisements, community partnerships, internet based programs, and networking
  • Use drive software system to recruit candidates already registered with Goodwin William
  • Function as the human resource contact for temps to include completion of all paper work (I-9, copies of ID, application), accurate input of data into drive software system, background and drug screening
  • Track and verify payroll for client for submission
  • Act as a liaison between client and the temp and a liaison between sales and the client
  • Work with the sales staff to verify all data for new job orders and qualifications for temporary positions
  • And all other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work at the Staunton and Richmond office occasionally as needed


  • 3 or more years of experience
  • Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Customer service skills
