Goodwin William Staffing is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team/work with one of our construction clients in Charlottesville, VA. The APM will serve and support one or more Project Managers who generally bill $10 Million a year, whether that is one large project or a few smaller projects.

Job Description & Requirements:
- Ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
- Ability to deal diplomatically and work professionally with a variety of people (i.e., managers, owners, project managers, field leadership, vendors, and tradespeople)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker and attentive to details
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Able to work from the office and job sites (when needed)
- Construction Assistant Project Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Annual Salary: $62,000 - $65,000
