Bartenders/Servers (Charlottesville, VA)

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking candidates to join our team and work with our client to fulfill Bartender/Server positions in the Charlottesville, VA area.

Pay is $22 - $25 per hour.

• Bartenders
• Servers

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Food Service Supervisors
• Set tables, take orders, and serves plate meals and drinks (& mixed drinks) to members and guests according to established rules of etiquette
• Performs various incidental duties to provide satisfactory service
• Verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes
• Excellent customer service skills, communication, teamwork and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

The positions require the capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. The ideal candidates must display dependability, trustworthiness, and adhere to all Goodwin William policies. Must be able to communicate willingly with site supervisors and coordinators and maintain effective professional relationships. Candidates must be comfortable working independently on job assignments with little supervision and work a flexible schedule.
