Job Description:

Job Summary

Goodwin Williams Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll / Office Administrator to join our team and work with our client in Louisa, VA. This temporary to permanent position focuses on payroll, office administration, and data entry. Construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure data is complete, up-to-date, and accurate
  • Organize and store data/information
  • Maintain integrity and security of all data
  • Process payroll
  • Answer payroll questions
  • Generate reports
  • Maintain confidentiality with all information
  • Meet deadlines
  • Communicate professionally
  • Manage clerical tasks

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 7:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay

$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience (possibly higher if highly qualified with college degree)

Other

Full benefits and annual bonus, if hired permanently.
