Goodwin William Staffing is seeking experienced GENERAL CLEANERS to join our team and work with our client in Charlottesville, VA. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional cleaning service per the client's instruction.
Job Description
- Common Area Cleaning: Keep all areas clean and tidy.
- Supplies: Ensure all area are well stocked with appropriate supplies.
- Cleaning Supplies and Equpment: Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies and replenish as needed.
- Report: Notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Communication: Effectively and professionally engage with customers, peers, supervisors, vendors, neighbors, and community members.
- Skillset: Knowledgeable about cleaning products regarding effectiveness and safe handling.
- Organized: Highly organized, especially while managing heavy workloads under tight time constraints.
- Independent: Follow a set cleaning schedule while providing quality and timely work.
- Flexible: OK with being pulled off schedule to address last minute, pop-up needs.
- Team Player: Willingness to assist in other aspects of property management from time to time, such as assisting other team.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
