Goodwin William Staffing is seeking candidates to fulfill a Hotel Maintenance position located in Virginia Beach, VA.
Primary Job Duties:
- Perform guest room preventive maintenance and general clean program, on the scheduled system, per guidelines
- Utilize General Clean and Preventive Maintenance (GC/PM) checklists
- Remedy guest and associate requests and complaints as efficiently and timely as possible
- Inform management of any safety hazards
- Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned
Requirements:
- The positions require the capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- The ideal candidates must display dependability, trustworthiness, and adhere to all Goodwin William policies.
- Must be able to communicate willingly with site supervisors and recruiters and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Candidate must be comfortable working independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
