Hotel Maintenance Technician

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking candidates to fulfill a Hotel Maintenance position located in Virginia Beach, VA.

Primary Job Duties:

• HVAC repair
• Plumbing
• Painting/Remodeling
• Grounds cleaning
• Light maintenance
• Cleaning
• Checking pool levels

Available Schedules:

7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Must be able to work weekends

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

• The positions require the capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• The ideal candidates must display dependability, trustworthiness, and adhere to all Goodwin William policies.
• Must be able to communicate willingly with site supervisors and recruiters and maintain effective professional relationships.
• Candidates must be comfortable working independently on job assignment with little supervision and work a flexible schedule
