Housekeeping Manager

Goodwin William Staffing is looking for a professional, experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team and work with one of our clients in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, the Housekeeping Manager will perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide a safe and clean environment. This person will lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and overseeing the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required.

‍Primary Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily operations of the department
• Lead and train housekeeping staff
• Oversee the department budget, inventory, and stock
• Maintain required documentation
• Report issues or damage per client policy
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition, scheduling repairs as needed
• Other duties as determined by the client

‍Yearly Salary: $45,000.00 per year

Typical Work Schedule: Work schedule will vary to include day, evening, and weekends

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management or a similar position
• At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services
