Goodwin William Staffing is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a client in Virginia Beach. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team and ensure excellent customer service is provided.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Trains housekeepers
- Oversees staff on a daily basis
- Checks areas within the realm of housekeeping for cleanliness
- Schedules shifts
- Establishes and educates staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
- Motivates the team and resolves issues that may occur
- Responds to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitors and replenishes cleaning stock and equipment
- Participates in cleaning tasks/projects
- Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Maintains daily log of duties performed during the course of each shift.
- Reads, understands and performs daily tasks according to QA (Quality Assurance) standards.
- Completes all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
