Responsibilities will include:
- Management of office space
- Processing payroll through ADP twice per month
- Review and approval of expense reports
- Managing our risk insurance policies and claims
- Auditing of bookkeeping and review for excessive costs
- Preparation of invoices to clients and management of accounts receivable
- Payment of bills
- Preparation and administrations of corporate policies
- Assist with HR and recruiting
- Management of employee benefits package
- Manage IT needs and oversee the third-party IT representative
- Management of truck fleet (owned and leased/rented)
- Management of state registrations (we work in multiple states and have professional registrations)
- Tracking of personnel training and maintaining of training curriculum
Office Manager Position: $75 to $85K
Relevant qualifications include:
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software
