Job Description:

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking experienced Office Manager candidates to join our team and work with our client in Charlottesville, VA. If you have experience in office management and a passion for creating a smooth and efficient workplace, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of office space
  • Processing payroll through ADP twice per month
  • Review and approval of expense reports
  • Managing our risk insurance policies and claims
  • Auditing of bookkeeping and review for excessive costs
  • Preparation of invoices to clients and management of accounts receivable
  • Payment of bills
  • Preparation and administrations of corporate policies
  • Assist with HR and recruiting
  • Management of employee benefits package
  • Manage IT needs and oversee the third-party IT representative
  • Management of truck fleet (owned and leased/rented)
  • Management of state registrations (we work in multiple states and have professional registrations)
  • Tracking of personnel training and maintaining of training curriculum

Office Manager Position: $75 to $85K

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software
