We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team and work with our client in Virginia Beach, VA. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of finish on various projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Perform plastering, caulking, and other finishing techniques to ensure a smooth surface.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform minor repairs as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols for personal safety and to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide maintenance services as needed for various structures.
