Production Lead; Warehouse (Virginia Beach, VA) MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking candidates for Production Lead; Warehouse to join our team and work with our client in Virginia Beach, VA. To be considered, candidates must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Safety and focus on safety are paramount in this position. Computer/office/administrative skills are a plus. The person in this position will play an essential role in the manufacturing process and will orchestrate the day-to-day operations on the production floor. This position involves overseeing a team of workers, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining the highest quality standards, By coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and troubleshooting minor issues before they escalate, this person ensures a smooth workflow.

DUTIES

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials needed for production.

Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Train new production staff and provide ongoing coaching to existing employees to enhance their skills and productivity.

‍SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

RATE OF PAY

$16 - $19 depending on experience‍
