Project Manager (Orange, VA)

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking Project Manager candidates for our client in Orange, Va. The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This will include overseeing all aspects of projects, ordering materials, setting deadlines, assisting responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project(s). The Project Manager will also be responsible for the management of issues, risks, and project change requests.

The pay for this position is 75K - 95K plus performance related bonuses.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Construction and/or project management professional experience
• Understanding of billing needs, such as AIA's change orders, POs, etc...
• Comfortable communicating with external general contractors, project managers, estimators, and superintendent
• Leadership and management experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Partner Pak, Glazier Studio, and AutoCAD
