Goodwin William Staffing is looking for Servers to join our team and work with our client in Williamsburg, VA. This job pays $12.41 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Advising each customer of the best food and drink choices and answering questions
· Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
· Attend to tables and guarantee cleanliness
· Check the quality of the final serving and resolve any issues
· Deliver checks and accept payment
· Work with other staff as a team
Position: Full-time
Pay Rate: $12.41 per hour plus tips
Schedule: Shift options are 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., five (5) days per week and some weekends may be required.
Qualifications:
· Outstanding people skills
· Customer oriented and planning skills
· Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
· Food safety training and experience as a server, wait staff member a plus
